We offer a 5-day return policy for all unused and unworn items—no questions asked. However, this 5-day return does not apply to personalized coins, jewellery, or idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products.
Manglik Gold reserves the right to process refunds only after inspecting the returned items. If you purchased a Manglik Gold product from platforms other than the Manglik Gold Website, App, or Exclusive Stores, the return policies of that seller will apply.
Shipping charges (if paid) during the order are non-refundable.
In cases where customers claim to return multiple items but the pickup contains fewer items, Manglik Gold may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. This includes promotional gifts or free items such as silver coins.
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
You may request a replacement or exchange as per your requirement. All conditions applicable to returns also apply to replacements and exchanges.
The replacement will be shipped only after the original product is picked up or delivered back to us (especially in case of gold items).
You can easily initiate a return from our Website or App. Alternatively, you may contact Customer Support for guidance.
Once the pickup is scheduled, please stay available and answer calls from the delivery partner. If the partner is unable to reach you, they may cancel the pickup, requiring the process to be re-initiated and increasing overall timelines.
Some pin codes may not support reverse pickup. In such cases, you may be asked to send the product via an alternate courier such as India Post. We reimburse reasonable return shipping charges up to ₹70.
If the return shipping cost exceeds ₹70, the extra amount will be deducted from your refund. For completely non-serviceable areas, customers must ship the item to our warehouse and will receive ₹70 shipping reimbursement.
If you receive an empty package or missing products, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide a 360-degree unboxing video without cuts or edits for us to investigate and process such claims.
Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in rejection of the claim. Manglik Gold reserves full rights to make the final decision.
